Wellington played Shrewsbury Darwin at Wrekin College on 6th January. After being 3-1 down the lads got there act together to come back and win – well played. The tactics worked as I hoped they put on their best player first. I knew Ozzy would be a bit rusty ( too much wine ) but he would soon get better and angrier (warned for racket abuse). The lad came good as they say!!!!
To come back from 3-1 down was a great effort. More exercise,more practice, less wine and good luck needed for February when we play Leek or Stoke in the final of our group. The winners meet the other group winners in March.
