Legal London – A Virtual Tour

The Rotary Club of Wellington and the Harry Johnson Trust www.theharryjohnsontrust.co.uk invite you to join a Virtual Tour of Legal London starting at 7pm on Thursday 26th November.
Rowan Freeland, a Blue Badge Guide who was a solicitor, knows the area well, will take us on a virtual tour The Inns of Court, telling us stories about the buildings and the fascinating people who lived and worked there.
Lying between the City of London and the City of Westminster, The Inns of Court have been associated with the Law since the 1300s. The Temple, in particular, is an oasis of calm, tucked between the bustle of Fleet Street and the roar of the Embankment, where lawyers have worked for six centuries. Few Londoners know about it, and fewer have visited this fascinating area.
To book your place a minimum donation of £10 payable to The Rotary Club of Wellington Benevolent Account can be sent via bank transfer to Sort Code 20-85-46, Account no = 90767468, Reference = HJT or post a cheque to Rtn G Foulkes 27 Reynards Coppice, Sutton Heights, Telford TF7 4NJ by 16 November.
Please email the Club Secretary to confirm you have made a donation so that the tour invitation can be sent to you.

You will need Zoom to view and if required instructions on the set up can be provided. Confirmation of your Invitation with the link will be with you by the 22nd November. Please let us know if you have donated but not heard from us by then. For further details or you have a problem please call Ken on 01952 250 110
