The Rotary Club of Wellington ‘Railway Boys’ enjoyed an excursion to the East Lancashire Railway based in Bury earlier this month. Apart from the interest in the railway shared fellowship with the President and members of the Rotary Club of Salford with Swinton who joined us for part of the day. This was the Club whose members visited Alan Fisher when he was seriously ill in a Salford hospital and supported Cathy when she was visiting him.
