Brooke Richardson was presented with the Higher Education Award on Friday 24th August by President Peter Williams. She impressed Club members with her determination to succeed in her chosen career and by her voluntary work to help others. Brooke goes to the University of Worcester to study nursing in September. Her award amounted to £800 with the money being spent on a laptop computer complete with software to ameliorate her dyslexia and a range of helpful texts. The presentation took place in the presence of Brooke’s father.
