President Nominee, Peter Seaward presents the Rotary Club of Wellington’ s Certificate of Appreciation to Edd and Ruth Lowe of the Plough Inn, King Street, Wellington.  The certificate acknowledged their service  to the community through their work for Help the Heroes and for providing a base for the successful Plough football team.
